Becoming Painproof

Becoming Painproof

You don’t have to live in pain — and you don’t have to figure it out alone.

Becoming Painproof is a guided online health coaching program designed to help active women understand, reduce, and move beyond recurring pain. This is not another quick fix or one-size-fits-all protocol. It’s a personalized, science-based approach that integrates lifestyle medicine, movement, nutrition, and nervous system regulation — so you can finally feel safe, strong, and at home in your body again.

As a medical massage therapist and holistic health coach, I’ve spent over two decades helping women uncover the deeper reasons behind their pain — and I created this program to bring that same level of insight and care into a structured, empowering journey you can take from anywhere.

What You’ll Learn Inside the Program

Through education, guided reflection, and actionable coaching, you’ll learn how to:

holistic chronic pain program with movement and lifestyle support

Becoming Painproof isn’t about living cautiously — it’s about reclaiming your freedom to move, heal, and live fully again.

The Painproof Protocol

This step-by-step, three-phase process, uncovers what your body truly needs to heal — not just temporarily relieve pain, but transform how you move, recover, and live. This holistic journey is built around four key pillars:

Rebuild strength and mobility safely through intentional, body-aware motion.

Reduce inflammation and support recovery through balanced, realistic nutrition.

Understand how sleep, rest, and recovery impact chronic pain — and learn to optimize them.

Regulate your nervous system and calm the stress response that amplifies pain.

A Guided, 3-Phase Path to Lasting Relief

Each week, you’ll receive:

  • Guided lessons
  • Actionable strategies
  • Mindfulness practices
  • Tools for movement, nutrition, and nervous system regulation
  • Personalized support

Phase 1: Meet Yourself Where You Are

We begin by slowing down and listening. You’ll track symptoms, patterns, and signals from your body while building awareness and self-trust. This phase is about acceptance—not fixing—so you can understand your starting point and create change from a place of compassion.

Phase 2: Lay the Foundations

Next, we establish supportive habits that calm the nervous system, reduce pain triggers, and restore stability. You’ll learn how to nourish, move, and care for your body in ways that support pain relief and resilience—without overwhelm or restriction.

Phase 3: Curate Your Lifestyle

Finally, we build forward. You’ll layer in new or enhanced habits over time, tailoring your routines to fit your life, goals, and evolving needs. This phase is about sustainability—creating a lifestyle that continues to support strength, balance, and vitality long after the program ends.

Together, we’ll uncover what’s been keeping you stuck in the pain cycle and create a strong, sustainable foundation for long-term healing.

Because your body isn’t broken—it’s communicating. And with the right support, it can be guided back to balance, harmony, and ease.

I am enjoying the program and having someone to offer support and suggestions to me. You have provided great information and guides to use. Honestly, it is making me very excited and focused on my healing again in bite size pieces. I tend to go big picture and I currently feel very motivated but not overwhelmed. I think you do a good job of reminding me to do what we can, and that’s it ok, it’s enough. I am enough.

I really liked this weeks assignment. I feel too often I focus on how bad I feel, or how much weight I have gained. Turning it around and thinking about how I want to feel in every aspect of my day/life keeps the bigger picture front and center.
