R&R with Rebecca

Learn to relieve pain, release tension, and restore movement — right at your fingertips.

Join me for R&R with Rebecca, a 60-minute guided self-myofascial release workshop where you’ll learn how to use massage tools to reduce pain, release restrictions, and improve mobility throughout your body. Each session blends hands-on guidance with practical education, helping you understand how your body works — and how to help it heal.

Each workshop focuses on one key area while addressing the connected muscles and movement patterns that contribute to pain:

  • Plantar Fasciitis Relief: target the feet and calves, and open up the hips to restore balance, ease tension, and improve lower body mobility.
  • Low Back Pain Relief: release tension in the hips and core to create stability, improve posture, and reduce pressure on the spine.
  • Neck & Shoulder Relief: unwind restrictions in the neck, shoulders, chest, and upper back for better posture, reduced strain, and a calmer nervous system.

You’ll leave feeling restored, rebalanced, and empowered — equipped with a take-home flyer of tips and techniques to continue your progress at home.

Testimonials

I am feeling great after you showed me how to do the self massage. I have been keeping up with it and I have no pain anymore. I am really grateful you showed me that as I was getting really concerned something was wrong. I haven’t even had to modify burpees or anything anymore. Thank you again!

I cannot thank you enough! My neck no joke has not been able to move like that without pain since November. I’ve shown everyone I’ve come across since. Adding this to my routine so it never gets back to where it was. Thank you!!

I can step on my tippy toes without pain. I haven’t’ been able to do that in months! The Dr. told me my only option after completing physical therapy (which I’ve done) is to have surgery. I just don’t believe it.
