Wellness Massage, 60 or 90 min

Our Wellness Massage can be a combination of therapeutic and relaxation massage. It is not a “one size fits all” kind of massage. It is tailored to fit your individual needs. You will have a consultation before your massage to determine your specific needs and goals.

Lava Stone Deep Tissue Massage, 90 min

We incorporate heated basalt lava stones to soothe pain and tension away, restores muscular function and promote detoxification.

Raindrop Massage, 90 min

Young Living’s Raindrop Technique® combines the art of aromatherapy with the techniques of Vita Flex and massage in the application of essential oils to various areas of the body, primarily the feet and spine. This collection provides a revolutionary means of bringing balance and harmony to the body - physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Hot Bamboo Massage, 90 min

The bamboo tools replace the therapist's hands, and are used to give a deep, firm massage. The tools are held by the therapist and rolled over the muscle with the same strokes they would use with their hands. The muscle is then kneaded, which assists in the release of tension and easing of knots.

Back & Shoulder Massage, 60 min

This service is designed for those who want a lot of attention devoted to their back and shoulders instead of a full body massage. This service may also include head, hand, and foot massage.

Maternity Massage, 60 min

Our Maternity Massage is similar to our Wellness Massage. We do modify positioning to ensure comfort and safety of mother and child. Only certified Maternity Massage practitioners perform this service.

Massage and Reiki, 90 min

Combines our Wellness Massage with Chakra Balancing.

Massage and Reflexology, 90 min

Combines our Wellness Massage with Foot Reflexology.

Massage and Craniosacral Therapy, 90 min

Tips to Saving Money

Here are a few tips to saving you money on massage therapy:

  1. Ask your doctor or chiropractor for a prescription. There are many reasons a massage may be medically necessary including, but not limited to, chronic pain, chronic fatigue, anxiety/depression, nervous disorders, IBS, other digestive disorders, and overall stress management.

  2. Use your FSA/HSA. As a medical facility, we are able to accept these methods of payment. (We do not accept insurance at this time, however.) You can also purchase packages of massages so you do not lose your money at the end of the year. We will provide you with a receipt for your records.
