A recent research study at Loughborough University has suggested that soaking in a hot bath has similar bendits as exercise. It detoxifies your body, burns calories and has anti-inflammatory effects.
Now that we know how detoxifying a hot bath can be, let’s enhance it with salts and oils. Just add 2 cups of epsom salts and 5-10 drops of your favorite Young Living pure essential oil to your hot bath to enhance detoxifying. The magnesium in the epsom salts also relaxes your muscles. Soak for at least 20 minutes. It's ok, you deserve some peace. Read a book, listen to a CD, or just meditate.
What a great reason to take a bath.
