Spring is here! It may be a little early to start planting in your garden, but it is the perfect time to get it ready, so start digging! It is so important to balance your dreaming energy with your grounding energy, especially for someone like me who is always in their head thinking of new ideas and dreaming about the future. Digging in the earth has a powerful grounding effect, which makes sense since you are intentionally feeling the ground. The benefits include relaxation, mindfulness, being more present, and not to mention the health benefits discovered scientifically by Earthing (more on that later). Connecting to the earth also balances your root chakra and can give you a sense of security and stability.
