I fell off my roof and landed in my driveway back in 2003. It was a distance of 18 feet. I could not have made it through without massage therapy. I feel blessed, and obligated to spread the word.
- Phyllis

I always feel peaceful, relaxed when I leave. Between the Reiki treatment and a massage, my pain decreases by at least 50% for several weeks. Everyone is friendly, professional.
- Debbie

From the moment I walked in the door, I felt pampered. By the time I left I felt completely relaxed and rejuvenated.
- Mary

I walk in with my migraine and leave feeling like a different person. Rebecca has an extensive knowledge of the muscle system and can manipulate them to release all the knots.

This receipe is full of antioxidants, nutrion and most importantly- it tastes sooo good!

3 cups rolled oats
1 dup gluten free oat flour
1 cup brown sugar
¾ cups unsalted butter
2 eggs, room temperature
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. nutmeg
½ tsp. cardamom
½ cup mini dark chocolate chips
½ cup goji berries (soak in water for 10 minutes and drain)

Combine all dry ingredients in large bowl. Blend sugar and butter until smooth. Add eggs one at a time. Add flour mixture into wet mixture, gradually stirring in the dry. Fold in chocolate chips and berries.

Roll into balls and then gently press to flatten on the baking sheet. Bake at 375◦ for 8-10 minutes. Makes 2-3 dozen, depending on size.
