This receipe is full of antioxidants, nutrion and most importantly- it tastes sooo good!

3 cups rolled oats
1 dup gluten free oat flour
1 cup brown sugar
¾ cups unsalted butter
2 eggs, room temperature
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. nutmeg
½ tsp. cardamom
½ cup mini dark chocolate chips
½ cup goji berries (soak in water for 10 minutes and drain)

Combine all dry ingredients in large bowl. Blend sugar and butter until smooth. Add eggs one at a time. Add flour mixture into wet mixture, gradually stirring in the dry. Fold in chocolate chips and berries.

Roll into balls and then gently press to flatten on the baking sheet. Bake at 375◦ for 8-10 minutes. Makes 2-3 dozen, depending on size.
