I love this recipe! It tastes great and it really does help!

  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 tsp. turmeric
  • 1 tsp. ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. cayenne

Mix together in glass Mason jar. Pour into a shot glass, and shoot it! Store in the fridge for up to two weeks. Always shake before drinking because the spices will settle at the bottom.

This tonic is great for after a workout or whenever you feel inflamed (like after cheat day). For instance, if you have a sore knee, drink 3 shots per day for a week or until you feel better. Of course, always check with your physician before starting any new health regimen.
